The IU printer finder utility for Windows will work only with Windows 7, Vista, XP, and 2000 computers at IUB and IUPUI.
If you are running Windows XP Service Pack 2 or earlier, to use the utility, first install the Indiana University Windows Authentication Update available via IUware.
